At Brooks Eye Associates, we are dedicated to helping you get the exceptional vision care you deserve in a way that fits your budget and lifestyle. We accept payment via credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express), as well as personal, traveler’s, or certified checks.
CareCredit®
For eye care services that are not covered by insurance, we offer convenient payment plans through CareCredit® Healthcare Financing. For example, if you are considering LASIK eye surgery but cannot pay the entire cost out of pocket, CareCredit® allows you to manage the cost in a series of smaller payments. CareCredit® offers a wide range of payment plans available, including interest-free plans for purchases of $200 or more with no prepayment penalty, and the option to use CareCredit® for your deductibles, coinsurance and co-payments. In addition, your CareCredit® card can be used for other medical procedures and payments wherever it is accepted. Please see the CareCredit® terms and conditions for more details.
